Positive: The property was centrally located and easy to find, walking distance to Shell-Coles express and small parks. The indoor pool was our main reason for booking this property and my kids loved it. The property is also co-located with an outdoor trampoline park ($extra) and a elegant dinner restaurant (The Coast). There apartment had plenty of beds and bathrooms so it was easy to get ready in the mornings. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were provided and there were a few beach items in the cupboards that came in handy. Lots of windows for natural light and good heating system. Strong wifi and smart TV. There are 2 reserved carparking spots for the apartment which was convenient.

Negative: This property may be better suited to families with older children (not babies). There was no cot available, limited plastic cups/bowls and also no clothes dryer for quick laundry needs (despite having a washing machine). There were lots of soft furnishings (cushions, blankets etc) which were very decorative, but perhaps hard to keep dust free, so an air-purifier would be a great addition to this property. The TV was a smart TV which was great, however it is a little awkwardly positioned in the corner of the room so it is difficult to relax and watch from the current L-shaped couch configuration. Lastly, I'm not sure if we had exceptionally noisy upstairs guests, but the thudding of feet and banging of doors kept us up most nights.
