Positive: The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. Even though there was no private parking available at the property, there are safe and free public parking spots nearby. The apartment is well-equipped with almost everything you might need. The host was very responsive and helpful – one of the beds was squeaky, and it was fixed the next day.

Negative: The apartment is on the top floor (2nd out of 2), and it gets extremely hot. Noise from outside (street/stairwell) was very noticeable, as the walls seemed quite thin. The door handles were squeaky and a bit noisy

Positive: Fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped – the kitchen had everything we needed. The large balcony with a sea view was perfect for morning coffee. The location is amazing – right next to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Positive: The apartment is beautiful, clean, and located right next to the sea – just as described. Kiki is very friendly and helpful, always available if needed. We stayed here with two small children and it was a perfect choice for a family holiday. Peaceful, safe, and comfortable – we would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Positive: The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was fully refurbushed, in modern taste, and very cozy and comfortable, with all necessary appliences. Perfectly clean. Probably, one of the best apartments we had been in Greece... And it is very close to the Peraia's beach and the promenade. Kiki was an excellent host, very kind, friendly and helpful. Always on disposal to assist us. Outstanding hospitality! Thanks Kiki! We strongly recommend this property for relaxing stay in Peraia.
