Positive: Comfortable beds and easy to access
Negative: There were guests sitting in the lobby when I got to the hotel to check in. They were loud and obnoxious. Those same guests had children running up and down the halls and screaming all morning. They were running outside our windows at night and there were also people sitting in front of the building one of the nights. Our room was 103- we heard everything while they were partying. I wish staff would have set a quiet hour or said something to the parents. I could t even hear the person at the desk when I was trying to check in. I struggled to hear any of what was going on- staff just let it happen. Also, the door didn’t latch without really pushing on it or pulling it shut hard. We left one of the days and came back and our door wasn’t fully closed. Someone could have entered our room. If you look at the door from the inside of the room it’s crooked. When you leave a room the door is securely slam behind you- all hotels are like this. Our door didn’t do that at all.
