Positive: With a 20 night stay, we really needed a place that we could set up a home away from home and Everhome allowed us to do so. There was plenty of room for three people, we used the pool and gym several times, and the kitchen allowed us to eat in room when desired. A huge plus was their pet policy which allowed us to keep our traveling dog with us.

Negative: Keep in mind that cleaning is only done weekly but you can request fresh towels and additional supplies as needed.

Summary: Great three week stay!

Negative: The first night was what we had expected, but the next weekend, even though we had a confirmed booking from Booking.com, we did not get the room we had booked and confirmed. The first stay was in the handicapped suite, and it was exactly as expected, but the next weekend, we were told that the booking was only for a standard room, and they blamed Booking.com for the error, as they only go by what they received. We showed them the confirmed booking for the Handicapped room, but Booking.com was blamed. I require Handicapped accommodations, which is why we booked this new hotel; instead, we were given a standard room on the 2nd floor, which required a long walk pushing the luggage cart. We were not pleased. The other issue was that we arrived a little before the arrival time, and even though the room was ready, we were told there would be an additional fee for an early arrival. We have never heard of such a practice in all our years of travelling.

Positive: The first weekend we stayed, we got the room we had booked and confirmed through Booking.com. We required a handicap room for showering, and it was perfect.

Negative: On the second night, a week later, we had the same room booked and confirmed, but were told that they never got the booking for the handicap room. As a result, we had to trek up to the 2nd floor and down the hall to get to a room that was not a handicapped room, so we were very disappointed. On the first night, we arrived a few minutes early and were told that the hotel policy was that early arrivals would be charged a fee for the early arrival, and that is outrageous. If the room is ready, why not provide access? The lady at the desk seemed very disinterested in talking to anyone and often would acknowledge your presence with a grunt while keeping her eyes on her cell phone during the entire exchange. The gentleman who took over the desk in the evening was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

Summary: First night excellent, second night lnot so much, as they would not accept the confirmed booking.
