Positive: Excellent - the house was well equipped for large family holiday - the summer house was a bonus for playing games - and there is light and heating so perfect and a large garden for the dogs to run in. The house had a wood burner which we used one night but the property is well heated and we only used the burner once. Excellent Off road on a private drive parking for 3cars. Very close to the beach via ‘quite a steep hill’ - we opted to drive down to the public car park.

Positive: Good location, well appointed, warm, spacious, nice large kitchen, off road parking for two/three cars, comfortable, nice garden and hut. Very near the bus stop for Whitby and Staithes. A short walk from a pub and near the beach (down a very steep hill).
Negative: Couldn't figure out how the recycling works.
Summary: Spacious and comfortable house in great location.
