Positive: Friendly staff, good gym, good bed, available drinking water to tap, and it's clean since its still a new hotel.

Negative: Hotel is built right next to a highway, very loud day and night hearing cars. Airco is also noisy in the room. And, unfortunately, no real lobby to sit and have a meeting with a couple of people. It was also expensive for the location, there are rooms in Manhattan for the same price.

Positive: Our stay at this hotel was really great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, which made our stay very comfortable. We could leave our bags for free after checkout, which was super convenient and allowed us to enjoy our last day in the city without worry. The location is excellent, close to the subway- Manhattan, shops, and several restaurants, so everything you need is nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in New York!

Positive: Staff was great. Mattress comfortable.

Negative: Design of the room and placement of switches and night light. Not enough space for toiletries in bathroom. Needed extra blanket. Small safe could have been picked up and removed.

Positive: New hotel, good location.

Negative: AC was not working properl- temperamental. We did not have any cleaners coming in-did not complain about it as we left the room after 11one day and after 12 the other,so we thought that we missed the cleaners cleaning hours. Although the second day, a cleaner knocked to come in at 17.35pm to come in and clean, which I thought was odd and also we were getting ready to go out at that time.

Negative: It's very noisy outside of the hotel. Motorway just a few meters away form oure hotel.Just across the street is new building in renovation. From morning until evening is coming a lot of noise.without earplugs is not possible to sleep.Perosnaly I am not recommended that hotel.
