Positive: The swimming pool and the saunas. The surroundings.

Negative: The breakfast I did not like, I can´t understand how anyone can rate it positively. Orangina instead of orange juice, the eggs cold, the bacon not good. Very small variety, the light of the hall somber, and the worst was the tacky loud music at 7 am, just atrocious.

Negative: But many things felt out of touch: Only one tiny bin (in the toilet) provided for the whole room Limited number of toiletries provided, ie only shower gel, no shampoo or body lotion, uncommon for the spa hotel Request for the connected beds via booking was ignored Cheap and hard toilet paper No tissues in the room No mirror in the room There was a discount for the restaurant, but it’s not automatically applied to the bill of guests of the hotels. Negative: No Coffee in the rooms is a first for me, There was a fruity tea, but I don't drink that. Also there wasn't enough Pillows.

The room was cozy, and swimming pool was clean and not too crowded. There was a wide selection of breakfast options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
