Positive: I like the location of the hotel. There are a lot of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and taxi stops. All of them work till late evening.

Negative: Air conditioning. The kettle cannot be connected to the power grid because there is no socket nearby. I had to look for a socket and move the kettle from its location.

Positive: The staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful.

Negative: The facilities in the room were very basic. The TV didn’t work and even a staff member couldn’t make it work. There was tea and sugar only, paper cups to drink from and a bedside lamp had to be unplugged to plug the kettle in.

Summary: Friendly staff disappointing hotel.
