Positive: Accidentally found this property since it was a last minute booking, but really exceeds my expectations, host (Giri Kumar) was very helpful always, he bought us stuff to eat and was very humble. Property is right on the banks of Ashtamudy Lake, beautiful view, the building itself is beautiful with a lush green lawn, interior was nicely furnished, kitchen with utensils were available, peaceful sleep, overall a nice property if you are looking for some relaxation

Negative: The road (almost 50 meters) near the property is very narrow - hence had to park car outside, but host took us in his car (smaller car can go through). Toiletries could be better
