Summary: Overall it was a great experience. Everyine was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of sound proofing. On the 9th floor and could hear the street like my window was open ont he first floor. Crazy.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful, in a great location with amazing staff. Unfortunately, the rooftop was not available which was a major reason for booking this hotel. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Summary: Love the area, love the room. Air Conditioning was lacking a little bit. Our air in our room wasn't the greatest. Never seems to get cold in our room (we had the temperature at 65)...air conditioning in the hallways and elevator is non existent.

Summary: All the staff were new,didn't know area to help us around Chicago. expected better knowledge from staff. Got stuck in elevator. Shower was a pain to use. No door, whole bathroom got wet. Did not meet expectations.

Summary: I arrived around 9pm and check-in was super simple. Upon entering the room, and trying to settle in, there was hair and some sticky substance on the desk. The toilet flap was sticking after each flush, causing you to open the tank lid and put it back to normal position. The sink stopper was broken which caused the water to not drain properly. I will say that self parking was in the same lot as valet and I saved $20.00 parking it there myself!
