Positive: Blown away! So roomie, comfortable beds, blankets, pillows wasn’t missing 1 thing!!

Negative: Booking website so odd cause I search for 3 days about 10 hrs of hunting and didn’t find you till last moment

Positive: The apartment is very well located, close to Michigan Avenue. Our host Julie was very helpful and flexible following a change in arrival time. the neighborhood is quiet and we were safe.

Positive: the property was great and located right at Navy Pier, I could see the beach from the living room in the morning and loved it.

Negative: The fact that the property didn't have basic hospitality necessities like dish soap, hand wash, towels. I had to call maintenance twice once for the water not draining in the shower/bathtub and collected a pool of bath water near my ankles and mainly because the master bedroom air conditioning made a very loud noise when turned on. couldn't sleep for first 2 nights until maintenance fixed it. the ENVITAE team took 2 days to provide the basic amenities and required a team member to come and see the issues for themselves.

Summary: decent amenities and great location.
