Negative: we were greeted with a couple roaches the first couple nights until I got some bug spray and sprayed around baseboards. and had some problems with the tv in living room.

Positive: I loved the balcony and view. The apartment was clean and inviting. We were able to walk to dinner and we enjoyed our meal.

Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable. I killed two roaches in the living room in spite of the apartment being clean. The shower was difficult for older folks to get in and out of.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay.

Positive: The condo was very cute and comfortable. I liked that although it was only a 1 bedroom it had a 1/2 bath also. The furnishings looked to be newer and were very clean. The mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Negative: Two small issues but one I should have known going in because it's in the pictures. The shower is inside a very large tub. I mean you have two steps on the outside of the tub and two steps down into the tub. My husband and I are in our mid sixties and it was a little tricky. The second thing is the parking for an extra car is very convenient but lighting was not great
