Positive: That it is off the map quite and away from everything! I love the coziness felt like home had everything we needed in the home and board games and absolutely love the hot tub!

Negative: Only thing didn't like it's far away from attractions long trip to get to those places!

Positive: I wanted seclusion and a nice view, and that's exactly what I got. It has an area just down from the cabin with a huge oak tree. I sat under that tree for hours watching the sun go down behind the mountains. Even got to see 5 wild piglets snort their way by the cabin. Was a bit worried their momma would show up but never did. I drove 9 hours to get there from Ohio. And I would do it again.

Negative: Couldn't get the Alexa thing to work, but that wasn't a big deal to us.

Summary: Great peaceful place with a view.

Positive: Spacious,secluded, clean and well equipped with good wifi and TV option as well as some books and games. Washer dryer was great after rafting

Negative: Nothing. You could color mark the turns to the cabin to make it easier to find the first time.
