Summary: I lived in Rome for many years and came back for the weekend. When I was looking for a place to stay and saw the name of the host, I knew this was the place. I knew Della previously and she is amazing and responded immediately to all of my questions. I assumed this place would be nice, but it exceeded all my expectations! This is a home… not some sparsely furnished hole in the wall. Everything was spotless, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of towels. All the switches are labeled so you know exactly what light/fan you are turning on! Just tons of extra touches. The outside setup is also amazing. The pool was crystal clear and ready to use. We had a great time and will definitely stay again.

Summary: We had such a lovely time at this charming house! The owner is incredibly thoughtful and kind. The beds are so comfy, and we're grateful for a cozy spot during the busy Ultimate Regional game weekend at Berry! Wish the weather was warmer so that we can enjoy the big pool in the backyard! Maybe next time!

Summary: This was our second year staying at this location. Perfect size for the four adults and two kids under the age of four. Extremely comfortable beds, nice size bathrooms, and full kitchen make it easy to stay multiple days. Never been when the weather would allow for use of the pool, but being a pool owner myself, the setup is very nice and would be a great addition to the stay. Owners are very nice, reply quickly, and are easy to work with. Will look to book again in the future.

Summary: My family stayed here while in town for our son’s wedding. The location to downtown Rome was perfect and easy to get to quickly. The home was clean and had updated furniture and comfortable beds. Loved the porches both in front of the house and out back. The property was beautiful with all the trees and enjoyed the privacy too. Della was wonderful with communication! We hope to stay again next time we are in town!
