Positive: The owner (Julieta) was friendly and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. The studio is located in a peaceful, beautifully wooded area of Condesa/Hipódromo neighborhoods. Conveniently located within walking distance of stores, parks, markets, restaurants & shops.

Negative: Cold temperature inside studio (indoor temp can not be regulated). However, the owner was quick to get us a small space heater. But indoor temperature was always a bit cooler than the outside, especially at night.

Positive: Amazing location. Beautiful design. Very spacious. Very cool temperature (which is good when it’s hot and there is no air conditioning in apartments in the city). Very clean. Super communicative host who really cared about ensuring comfort. Very comfortable bed (super firm mattress. Good internet.

Negative: It’s not that I didn’t like this I just think it’s something for people to be aware of: 1) if there is noise, you can hear everything as if it were in the same room as you, so bring ear plugs (once I put in earplugs, it was fine). 2) there is a microwave to heat up food, but nothing to actually cook food.
