Positive: The host (Victor) is a polite and educated person speaking a few languages including Russian to my surprise. The breakfast is tasty, the garden has a lot of fruits available 24/7.

Negative: The wifi could be better - maybe a wifi repeater will solve the problem. We were there not for the wifi but it is good to have a better speed if/when needed.
