Summary: We had a great stay. Everything worked as planned and the apartment is great. Very nice apartments, very clean, very responsive owner. The apartment has a very nice setup, with two almost independent sets of bedroom/bathroom. Would certainly return.

Summary: The condo is right accoss the street from the beach. The location is very close to all of the resturaunts and services in Puenta del Este. We really enjoyed the apartment and our stay in the city. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family for a vacation desination. Also the staff was very responsive to our requests.

Summary: The condo had a fantastic view and location for beach lovers. The condo has beach; chair, umbrella and towels. The bed was comfy and the AC kept the condo cool for sleeping. The property manager is on site and took care of one item immediately. Overall a wonderful experience with great balcony for an evening wine while watching the rhythm of the ocean.

Summary: We spent a long weekend in Punta Del Este and this apartment was perfect for our family of four (two small kids). It is well laid out so that everyone has their own space, but ample room for family time too. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach with easy access, and just a short distance to the center of town. The building is very quiet and the hosts and on-site property manager are so friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The building is very quiet and has a great location near the intersection of the 2 main beaches in Punta del Este. It faces the Brava beach, just meters across the street and it is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The apartment is ideally suited for 3 people or 2 adult with 2 children. It is very well maintained and nicely decorated and equipped with all of the basic necessities. It has a magnificent view of the beach from the sitting room and one of the bedrooms. The balcony is superb. it has a very comfortable parking space. We would recommend it to any of our friends and we would certainly go back if we returned on another trip
