For the cooler months of the year, there is a cosy log fire in the lounge and air-conditioning provides heat throughout the rest of the villa.
The modern farmhouse kitchen, fitted with granite worktops and large AGA range cooker, has all the utensils and equipment you will need for the preparation of meals. There is a large brick-built charcoal BBQ adjacent to the kitchen, for cooking during those lovely balmy Algarve evenings.

The en-suite bathroom has a large corner temperature controlled spa/whirlpool bath with four preset programs to suit your mood, plus lighting if desired.
The other two bedrooms have large handmade ‘Millbrook’ pocket sprung beds and individual entertainment systems of Smart TV and DVD players. Bedroom 2, which benefits from an additional private entrance, is also equipped with a trouser press and personal safe. The other bathrooms are also fitted with temperature controlled spa/whirlpool baths with four preset programs, plus lighting.
The colour scheme and furniture, for the entertainment area and kitchen, has been specifically selected to provide that feeling of coolness and comfort during the long warm summers enjoyed in the Algarve. It also provides a feeling of warmth and comfort during the few cooler months of the year.
