Summary: Very nice property, we made good use of the dock and were able to launch my 18.5 ft boat from the concrete ramp. Fishing, crabbing, boating were good (though crabs a bit on small side) the cottage was clean, well organized and neat. Everything was really nice and Genevieve was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Summary: This place totally lives up to its description! Comfortable place/bed with well stocked kitchen minutes from beautiful Onancock. The view alone is worth the price! My only regret is that we only rented for one night. Genevieve was a gracious host - very friendly & welcoming. If you're looking for a great getaway that's comfortable, quiet & just plain beautiful this property is for you! We will return!!!

Summary: Absolutely perfect cottage for two people. Beautiful spot for enjoying the water. Easy access for kayaking. Only a short distance from lovely Onancock with great restaurants and fun shops. The host is responsive and obviously enjoys providing a warm and welcoming spot for her guests. We will come back
