Recently refurbished, brick and flint cottage, within the grounds of a Georgian country house. Very pretty views over landscaped gardens and farm land. The cottage is extremely well equipped with a log burning stove, full central heating, modern bathroom, dishwasher and washing machine. Ample car parking is available behind locked gates.
Worplesdon village has three pubs all serving food, a bakery and a church. There are a number of golf courses close by.
Guildford and Woking are a short drive away, Worplesdon station provides access into London Waterloo (34 mins). There is a bus service into Guildford.

Summary: Peter and Julia were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Cottage is lovely and private with ample grounds to wander. Very well equipped and light and airy. Lots of wildlife around.

Summary: We wanted accommodation close to our son's home in Burpham, allowing us to be independent over a 5 day visit. The cottage provided just that, with space and comfort. It's a lovely flint cottage within lovely grounds and is quite private, although close to the main arterial routes.

Summary: Quiet area set well back from the road, this 1 double bed property has private access, lovely gardens, outdoor seating, large lounge, full kitchen, central heating and wood burner for winter. Good Wifi, Shower over bath, and is bright and comfortable. Highly recommended

Summary: Just the place for recharging the batteries. Tranquil haven to relax and enjoy wildlife. Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Should you choose to venture out a bakery and a couple of pubs with good food are within walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

Summary: It was a great place for some R&R. We loved lighting a fire each night and one of the days we did a nice local walk which meant we didn't have to use the car that day. The hosts were really friendly and helpful.

Summary: We had a wonderful and very lazy weekend at the cottage. Friendly hosts and lovely surroundings. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but very close to a town and a quick walk to a nice pub. Property is lovely and very spacious for 2 people, also well appointed and very clean. We struck lucky with the weather so had all meals outside. The welcome provisions were perfect and very well received. Would not hesitate to recommend this house for a relaxing get-away. Thank you.

Summary: The cottage was perfect! Immaculately clean and well stocked with anything needed. The welcome basket was a real treat providing all essentials for a few meals. Julia and Peter were absolutely lovely, available to assist with anything yet respectful of my privacy. I've stayed at several home away locations and this is by far the best! I look forward to my next stay.
