Located less than 25 minutes to the Tryon Equestrian Center, 30 minutes to Lake Lure, and just 50 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate in a quiet cul-de-sac!
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful stone fireplace and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped to handle your culinary and entertaining needs with Sub Zero and Viking appliances. Seating for 14 guests creates a perfect place to host big dinners with family and friends. The lower level family room is equipped with another stone fireplace, Sonos speaker, card table, bar, and 75-inch TV. The game room with ping pong and 3 couches is another great area to unwind after a fun day of hiking or golfing!
There are 5 private oversized guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms and mounted tvs. For privacy, the master bedroom is located on the main level, 2nd bedroom is on the second level and 3 bedrooms are on the lower level to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Enjoy the built-in hot tub off of the patio or the covered porch with 2 additional outdoor stone fireplaces plus a fire pit to take the chill off of the cool mountain air in the evenings.
