Summary: This is indeed a “glamping” situation. The beds are air mattresses but comfortable. The dining area and bathroom do not have AC. We were there for a horse show so did not get to enjoy the grounds but the location was great and the setting is peaceful. The AC in the room worked well and I appreciated the owner was accommodating and very helpful.
