Positive: The spa and hotel facilities are great and the staff are super helpful. They make the experience more enjoyable

Negative: The restaurant is really nice. The breakfasts options are nice, The dinner is often good but some evenings we felt like it could have been enhanced.

Positive: Very nice friendly hotel, staff was amazing and extremely friendly, breakfast on the terrace delicious. Views fantastic. Railroad in front was not a problem at all. Beds extremely comforstable. Pity we spent little time in the hotel as were mostly at sports event in Gstaad

Negative: Nothing to complain really.

Positive: The staff was super friendly and always accommodating. I can't call out a single staff member as every single one was amazing. The facilities were also really great

Negative: During summer rooms are super hot. We were there during summer and the rooms didn't have airconditioning. As a result we found it difficult to sleep. In saying that, we reported this to the staff and they organised standing fan for us. It helped but airconditioning would have been better.
