Summary: The hotel was excellent in every respect. We arrived early (11.30)to see if we could leave our car while we went to the skiing. We were shown to our room right there and then. We got changed and they ran us to ski lifts. When we finished skiing at the end of the day we called the hotel and the owner herself came and picked us up. Beautiful room and excellent service will definitely use this hotel again

Summary: This chalet on a mountain side is an excellent alternative to the pricier hotels in nearby Gstaad resort. The room is huge, more like a mini suite, and clean and comfortable — though the bed is very firm. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and we enjoyed a superb steak dinner. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
