Summary: The home was clean and a great place to go and day trip to other parts of the island. We enjoyed it very much.

Summary: We loved Erica's farmhouse, downstairs was air conditioned, but because of heat, it would have been nice to have another heat pump head upstairs. Owner did provide fans which was much appreciated. Inside was very clean, lawn was mowed but would have more curb appeal if grass had been trimmed around the house. We would definitely go back!

Summary: We just left Erica’s farmhouse and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and has all of the amenities you need. The property was perfect for our dogs to explore and the location was great. We were travelling late fall but this house would be perfect to avoid the tourist crowds in summer while still being close enough to visit all of the key sights. Thanks Erica.

Summary: The house was okay. House had a lot of little black beatles and earwigs throughout the kitchen and some of the bedrooms. The house was obviously not professionally cleaned before we arrived. The bathroom drawers had hair and the shower had not been cleaned properly. The inside of the kitchen garbage can had bits of food in it. We thought the house was overpriced as we had recently stayed in a similar style house with a private beach in Little Pond, PEI for the same price. Location was good and house was easy to find. Kitchen and livingroom area were large and comfortable. Yard was also large. Bring your own patio chairs because there are only three on the property. This house was once a farm house. There is now a fence separating the house and the farm that pictures do not show.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay at this very cozy and spacious farm house. It had wonderful charm and fully functioning everything. It was clean and had everything we needed! The longer driveway made us feel that much more secluded on this beautiful property. Erica was prompt in all her replies and checked in with us on the first day. It is minutes from town and beaches. We loved it! Thanks Erica for the fresh stay.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here. There was so much to explore for the children in the large yard. It was so relaxing to be in those beautiful surroundings. There are several beaches close by and the town of Souris is small but charming.
