Positive: First of all, we liked the hotel's rooms, which were designed like a classical Greek house, and how they were arranged in a very useful way and were incredibly clean and tidy. We especially enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel manager Mr. Drosos and the incredibly delicious breakfast of Marsha. I would like to thank both of them very much. Hope to see you as soon as possible.

Positive: In the peaceful village of Eressos, Eressian spa hotel is a wonderfully renovated and thoughtfully designed hotel. We chose this beautiful hotel for our family vacation that we do every year. We booked all the rooms and closed the whole villa. Our family includes members ranging from 1.5 years old to 80 years old, and it was a very comfortable choice for everyone. The hotel staff were friendly and very attentive. There’s nothing to criticize about the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. However, we encountered a few management problems during our vacation.

Negative: The first issue was that we realized upon arrival that breakfast was not included to our reservation. We asked about breakfast options for 7 people and a baby, and arranged breakfast at the hotel for the next day. A friendly hotel staff prepared a nice breakfast for us, but because she was the only person serving for a crowd, it was difficult to accommodate all 7 orders at once. Not everyone could get their order at the same time. (Also no high chair for the baby...) This is clearly a management choice and not the staff's fault. Therefore, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the remaining days. The second issue was that our 1.5-year-old son is a picky eater and since we couldn’t prepare his usual breakfast , he started only eating bread for breakfast in the mornings and refused all our attempts to get him eat some cheese and eggs. So we decided to kindly ask something from the hotel for him. Due to limited options in the village, we asked if we could use the kitchen to make banana pancakes for our son ourselves, using our own ingredients and paying for a breakfast for one the rest of our days at the hotel. The manager gave a negative response, suggesting he can only arrange some yogurt for our son instead. When I explained that yogurt wouldn’t suffice, he said he can't call the lady to come prepare breakfast for just one person. So we asked that If we hadn’t booked the entire villa and had only one room at the hotel, would we receive the same response? Besides, we were not informed of this rule when we checked into the hotel. After a bit of argument , the manager made the necessary arrangements for our son the next day. No one was present on the second day. The manager said he thought our request was only for one day. I clarified that it was not the case and asked if breakfast could be prepared for the next day which is our last day. He said that the lady who prepares the breakfast can come only if she is available.
