Positive: Great location, parking (and close to free parking if the driveway is taken), rustic charm. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, and the washer is a big plus. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Roomy, space for kids to run around and play, both indoors and outdoors. Upstairs got a little warm (we were there during a heat wave), but a cool shower and the fan running at night helped to keep things manageable. I would recommend for anyone who wants to stay in the upper village rather than at the beach.

Positive: The location of Notia Villa in a quiet part of the village was also very accessible with just a short walk to the local bakery and mini-market and tavernas serving excellent food and very competitively priced. A very short drive down the hill (or you could have used a bicycle provided by the host) brought us to the beach area with another selection of tavernas and beach shops. Several hillside walks and coastal walks start at or close to Notia VIlla. The property has been very beautifully restored and is extremely comfortable (plenty of places to relax and sit in the sun or shade). We enjoyed just sitting in the courtyard catching up on our reading

Positive: Villa Notia was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Its a spacious old house in the village of Eretria, renovated and decorated with great taste. The small patio with the large table is an excellent place for a meal and for relaxing. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it convenient for a larger group. We didnt use the living room as it was summer, but it also looked very comfortable.
