Summary: The hotel is good but not the 9.6 advertised on hotels.com. Our sliding toilet door was missing so privacy was an issue. The electric curtains were not connected properly and the television was glitching. Staff were very nice and location was good. This is a 7 out of 10 for me. It felt a bit tired.

Summary: I have stayed here over a number of years and i always enjoyed my stay . However I have noticed a big change now the hotel is always busy with big groups staying and the staff are doing their best but they have lost the personal touch and friendliness that use to be evident . No one bothers to remember your name or anything else for that matter. It has become quite impersonal and functional. Breakfast is very good and rooms reasonably comfortable but there is room for improvements.

Summary: The room was nice, but dated. Could tell that there hasn’t been much money dedicated to improvements since the hotel was built. Would have been nice to have USB and USB-C outlets to make things more accessible like other hotels in the area.
