Summary: I've stayed at bnb's all over the world for over 25 years and this was the best of them all. Everything worked! And if we couldn't figure something out Michael responded to my text immediately. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked all 3 meals for 2 days. Coffee is gratis. Pickelball court is in excellent condition as are the hot tub and pool and the rooms are fabulous. Even great pillows. We just reserved for 6 months from now again!

Summary: So overall, the property is as amazing as listed. From all the bedroom sizes, the pool, and the play room -- all of that was more than we expected and everyone who stayed was comfortable and all the kids could not play enough.That alone, I would give it 5 stars, but we had some issues during our stay. The biggest issue we dealt with was a gnat infestation. There were Gnats all over the kitchen since the day we checked in. We had to buy apple cider vinegar to create traps to help control the issue, but it was a lot. This was a huge issue we brought to the owners attention, but wasn't really acknowledged or followed up on by the host. This disrupted our meals and you couldn't leave any food out longer than 3-4 minutes before gnats were trying to get all over it. Really disrupted what could of been an awesome stay.We also had to deal with: (1) a broken sink disposal, which the host did someone to fix the next day late afternoon, (2) the grass wasn't cut or maintained and we saw a snake on the property, so it made us hesitant to bring our kids to the playground / pickleball area. (3) The playground needs some TLC, did not feel safe for kids to be on. (4) Tree hangs low on the pickleball court and disrupts game play (5) I felt like the host also wasn't as accommodating as I wished even for all that we experienced. Check in of 4pm is later than we are used to and Check out 10AM is earlier than was we are typically used to. Family had a great time, but could of been better

Summary: My friends and I recently visited Austin, and this property didn't disappoint! The home was well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, pickleball equipment, and everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We enjoyed the home so much it was hard to get people to leave and go explore Austin!

Summary: We hosted our family reunion at this property with adults and children. We all enjoyed the many different amenities the property offered. The Pickle ball court was a great crowd pleaser. The kids had several areas to play and we all enjoyed the pool.

Summary: We loved our stay at this property - the kitchen had most of the things we needed and was very spacious for our meal prep and cooking. All of the spaces in the house were beautiful and spacious for our family reunion. The WiFi was very slow - I wasn't able to be on camera for my work calls which was highly disruptive and many of the streaming services buffered quite a bit while watching. However, when I initially booked the property, I was under the impression that 2 of the bedrooms had 2 twin beds each in them which was perfect for our families' arrangements. However, the day before check-in, the host changed the room listing and took out the twin beds and told me that they would have queen air mattresses available instead. This was extremely disappointing since I would not have booked this property if I had known some guests would have been sleeping on air mattresses. This property has a misleading room description where the VRBO description says "sleeps 24 people" but the hosts description says "sleeps 20 people."Again, overall a great property but please fix the listing description!
