Summary: We hosted our family reunion at this property with adults and children. We all enjoyed the many different amenities the property offered. The Pickle ball court was a great crowd pleaser. The kids had several areas to play and we all enjoyed the pool.

Summary: We loved our stay at this property - the kitchen had most of the things we needed and was very spacious for our meal prep and cooking. All of the spaces in the house were beautiful and spacious for our family reunion. The WiFi was very slow - I wasn't able to be on camera for my work calls which was highly disruptive and many of the streaming services buffered quite a bit while watching. However, when I initially booked the property, I was under the impression that 2 of the bedrooms had 2 twin beds each in them which was perfect for our families' arrangements. However, the day before check-in, the host changed the room listing and took out the twin beds and told me that they would have queen air mattresses available instead. This was extremely disappointing since I would not have booked this property if I had known some guests would have been sleeping on air mattresses. This property has a misleading room description where the VRBO description says "sleeps 24 people" but the hosts description says "sleeps 20 people."Again, overall a great property but please fix the listing description!

Summary: We had the best time staying here. A group of my friends and I got together with our kiddos (age 5-9). We all loved it here.There was so much to do, the house was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house itself was very beautiful, with lots of space and amenities. Upon arrival, there was a pallet of stuff in the driveway. Also when we arrived the pool looked like it wasn't serviced but the pool maintenance person came the next day. also, there were no clear instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi but after contacting the host he was able to turn it on. We were a little disappointed that the listing stated that there were 4 more beds than they actually had. it shows on the description that there are 2 rooms with 2 twins and a full-size/queen bed but there weren't. So don't plan to fill the house. I was also told that there were blow-up mattresses in the closest and extra bedding but they didn't have that either. we had to rent another house to accommodate for the rest of our group due to the shortage of beds that was listed on their description. Overall the house is very beautiful and in a very nice area, I was just disappointed for the price we payed we didn't get the right amount of beds. Please fix your listing to accurately reflect what you have

Summary: The property was beautiful and we were so excited when we first toured it. However, the main refrigerator was broken when we arrived and the host refused to have it looked at until after we checked out. He told us to use the 2nd refrigerator because it’s there as a backup - we had planned to use that fridge also, because it showed in the pics there were 2. We were questioned as to why we even needed it. That refrigerator also broke while we were there and u had to try multiple times to get attention and a solution. I asked the host to call me and he would not. There was no guest book, which was fine except that we couldn’t figure out how to use many of the β€œamenities” on the property. Some of them were even controlled remotely and we could not use them without reaching out to the host multiple times (I.e. The pool water desaturated). The downstairs tv didn’t have a remote and we couldn’t use it for family watching. The host told us to just try other remotes in the house, which we had done and still had no success. No solution was attempted. I could go on, but that is just a sample of the issues.
