Positive: The best part of our stay was the iced strawberry water available in the lobby when we checked into the hotel on Friday; it was refreshing and delicious. Unfortunately, there was no fruity or other water available in the lobby before we departed at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also had plenty of coffee supplies, towels, toilet paper, and facial tissue. Checking in and out of the hotel was easy and pleasant, and the hotel staff were friendly. Thank you.

Negative: The employee who checked us in said she gave us an upgrade by assigning a room on the second floor with a balcony. The balcony overlooked the inside of the hotel (courtyard?). I do not call this an upgrade! In addition, I had to go to the front desk on Friday evening to report a dog in a room diagonally across the hall from our room was barking and whining for over 45 minutes. The front desk employee told me they would call the guest who was assigned to that room to let them know about their dog. I love dogs, but I simply cannot believe the hotel assigns guests with dogs near guests without dogs! Finally, the noise from Against the Grain Restaurant on Friday evening was loud and disturbing in our "upgraded" room. I'm not sure what was going on--I was trying to sleep--but it sounded perhaps like karaoke. Thank you.

Positive: It was close to what I wanted. The bed was comfortable and the room was good sized. The only place in the area with a indoor pool that was affordable

Negative: We were on 2nd floor traveling with my daughter and granddaughter. They had a lot of bags but no elevator. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. The carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. The were doing work in an empty room and the workers were tracking Sheetrock all over. No free breakfast, not even just donuts

Positive: It was wonderful that they offered free breakfast to our group(AAU Basketball) The hotel is HUGE with lots of common space, but even with the very busy common space, the hallways outside our room were very quiet.
