Summary: Leslie’s place was just as described in the photos and listing. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay. I would definitely book with Leslie again if I visit Colorado.

Summary: Overall impressed with the property. Our host was very attentive making sure we were ok or needed anything during our stay. I feel basement rentals get a bad rap but this place blew it out of the water with being clean, being airy and spacious. Thank you for making our stay in Colorado amazing.

Summary: This quaint little place was very clean and was fine for what we needed for a quick overnight, no meals. However, there is no kitchen--no sink, no dishes, no table, etc--just a fridge and microwave. The only source of water is the bathroom sink. Also, the "Walk-Out Basement" is very misleading: it is a full flight of stairs to the unit from the ground level. We did not have much luggage, nor are we mobility limited, but no where in the listing does it comment about the stairs. The property manager provided check-in details once requested just prior to checking in, and was very responsive through the app messaging. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the movement from the residents above was not a problem for us.
