Summary: There were no surprises with this property. Everything was as described. The location was great! Since we have family in the area, it was very convenient. Plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this property. And I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The home was great for myself, my boyfriend, my parents and 11 year old son. Close to restaurants and not far from UK’s campus. Very clean. My son enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Great memories were made!!!

Summary: My coworkers/friends and I were very happy with our stay at Scott’s home. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to the Summit- full of shops and restaurant. Scott was quick to respond. He generously let us check out at 1:00 (even though I requested noon, he immediately offered 1:00 to give us extra time). I also had trouble with my payment at the beginning and he was very patient as I got that sorted out. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, there was not a single thing to complain about! Thank you so much, Scott! We hope to stay here again next year if we work this event again!!!

Summary: It was a very nice place to stay. The price was reasonable. The location was great for what we planned on doing in Lexington. The home was clean - very presentable. Scott responded to my message in a timely manner. I could tell that he really wanted to make his home the best he could to make our stay wonderful. We would repeat our stay at his home.

Summary: Easy Check-In, clean and well appointed. We spent a long weekend at Keeneland and the Bourbon Trail and this home was a great base for our group. There was enough space for three couples and three singles. Nice game room in the garage. We are looking to book again come graduation.
