Summary: Lovely quiet village located on the estuary, with the tourist office of the Parc d'Amorique in the village, with lots of helpful info. Property is set back from the main road and quiet at night with access to a shared garden at rear and own patio to the front with loungers in both. Kitchen is well stocked. Property and adjacent dwellings are behind an electric gate, so feels secure. If you want to have access to bikes, as advertised, then it needs to be pre-booked with the owner, in advance of your arrival. Owner responds quickly to messages but damaged overhead shower head not fixed till second week of stay but other shower head functional. We enjoyed our stay in Le Faou and shops owners in the village all very friendly and happy to oblige – particularly the boulangerie who made us veggie baguette sandwiches😉
