Summary: House is fine and furnished everything we needed. However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing. I queen in bedroom downstairs 2 queens in another bedroom downstairs Two twin beds ina very small bedroom upstairs. One had a trundle bed under it but not really enough room to pull it out and use it. The other room upstairs was like a small den with two sofa beds that when Pulled Out left no room for sitting around to watch TV.
