Located in a quiet, centrally located, neighborhood, 7 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Daytona Speedway, our home is the perfect spot for you to relax and have fun in between trips to the beach and other local attractions. Orlando is only an hour away! A beautiful park is right down the street (one minute) with a large children's playground, walking trails, lake, fishing, picnic tables with pavilions, grills, and even an 18 hole Frisbee golf course!
Completely renovated in December of 2022, our 2 bedroom home is sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated to get your mind on the ocean from the moment you walk in the door. Our home is perfect for all travelers, but especially for families with kids, with beach toys, pack+play, and high chair included! Driving your motorcycle? We have a garage where you can store it.
We've done our best to think of everything you'll need during your stay. We have a fully loaded kitchen, with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Keurig machine with coffee and tea K-cups provided.
The flat screen TVs have Roku with free Netflix. Also cable channels are available for free through Youtube TV on the Roku. There is a TV in the living room as well as the master bedroom. The bunk bed in the guest bedroom can fit 3 people, as the bottom bunk is a full size and the top is a twin. There is also a pull out king size sofa in the master bedroom.
Fully fenced in backyard to give you privacy and peace of mind while the kids are out playing. There is a grill and fire pit for guests to use. There is also beach supplies in the garage including boogie boards, a beach cooler, beach bag, beach toys, and beach chairs.
Guests will have access to the entire space - both bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining room, garage, and front and back yards.
We live very close by and are always available if you need anything or have any questions. We even provide a list of all the favorite local restaurants on the refrigerator! We want you to feel comfortable with your stay and feel like it is a home away from home.

Summary: This house and property is EXTREMELY well kept. The owners went above and beyond with friendliness and courtesies. Everything listed is just as it is. I was thoroughly impressed from the beginning of our stay to the end. Will absolutely be staying here for all future trips.

Summary: My family stayed here for a family wedding. When we travel i always have to wear slippers around the house because i dont feel comfortable enough to be barefoot. This was the first house where i didnt have to worry about that. The house was very clean and well kept. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Dan (the host) was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely keep this house on our favorites list for future stays!!

Summary: The home that we had the opportunity to stay in this year for vacation to Daytona Beach was amazing to say the least! The home was soo clean, had everything that you could imagine you would need available and the owners even had homemade cookies waiting for us! The best homemade cookies by the way! The communication was excellent and they were so quick to reply! They had a book that had all the information you needed in it with great places to eat, fun things to do, and even beach locations that were not as crowded and offered free parking! There were 6 of us .. my husband and 4 teenagers and they all loved it and was super comfortable! This was the absolute best place that we have stayed in and can not wait to book it again for next year!

Summary: From the moment we booked this property communication was excellent! Dan was very flexible with our arrival since we are airline staff and fly stand by. The property was easy to get to and when we arrived we were greeted with cookies and an immaculate home. Having the owners across the street was of comfort since it assured us if there were any questions, they could address them. Everything went off without a hitch and the neighborhood was safe, quiet, and friendly. We went to the beach one day and they had everything we needed for our day out. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for making meals. The internet was fast and reliable. Nice big backyard to relax and have a cool beverage in the evening. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back. Thanks for everything!

Summary: We went as a family of 5 with older kids (ages 22, 19& 14) and the house worked perfect! There was a delicious plate of HOMEMADE cookies waiting for us on arrival (kids ate them up quick!) A binder full of super helpful hints & ideas for dining, beaches and beach access, entertainment, etc. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Extras like linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen staples, beach items & toys and even aloe (which came in VERY handy) were provided as well. Hosts response was super quick. Cost was very affordable especially with location and the extras provided. Our first big trip south and first time to Florida and if we come again we know exactly where to stay! Can't say enough good things about this place! Highly, highly recommend!

Summary: We have stayed at several VRBO homes and this was by far our best experience. When we walked in the lights were on, a plate of fresh baked cookies, and a awesome hand written welcome card. We can not say enough about how clean this home was. Everything we needed was in this house. Dan and his wife Do Not cut corners. Good quality products. Paper towels are thick, good dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent supplied. House had everything we needed for our week stay. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and peaceful. The outside was as neat as inside. Great location close to everything. Thanks so much Dan and Deniece!!

Summary: This house was perfect for me, my boyfriend and my 4 kids. It was very clean and beautiful. They had everything that you would need available at the house. If I needed anything Dan responded right away. Cookies, coffee and water were definitely appreciated after a long morning of flying from Indiana to Daytona. Everything was close by and the binder of their favorite things in Daytona was very helpful. If we go back to Daytona Beach, we will definitely book with them. It was our first family vacation, I couldn't have picked a better place. Thanks again Dan & Deniece !
