Summary: The house was perfect for our party - plenty of bedroom and bathrooms plus a downstairs bedroom for my older parents. Lots of seating outside on the patio and around the pool. Check-in was very easy. Jay and Shaan were responsive and even let us checking in early.

Summary: We stayed at the property for a bachelorette party, and overall had a great time. There were a few issues with cleanliness of the property, but the owners did a great job of getting back to us and making sure that we were able to enjoy our trip and worked to make the stay a great one. Would definitely stay here again for the amenities, size, and location!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. However, while description states there are three queen beds upstairs, at least one of the room has a bed that is a full size bed. I would also suggest that a broom and some cleaning supplies be left for daily clean-up.

Summary: This was a very lovely home. It was spacious enough for all our guest. All the rooms, and baths were very nice, and clean. Location was great. Seemed pretty close to all the places we planned to visit including Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend this home to anyone with a large group. *Only suggestion I might add is that the dishware be better cleaned as leftover food was found on several plates. Overall this was an absolute beautiful home and the lay out was perferct.

Summary: I learned this is a new rental. The game room is actually a separate building off of the pool area which is nice, but had no AC which I believe is going to be fixed in the future. We had a problem with the refrigerator cooling alarm going off so we had to keep unplugging it. This also was going to be addressed.
