We are proudly the 3rd owners of this 1928 home. 3 Rooms upstairs with king size beds. Master with Private bathroom. Downstairs room w/queen bed. 2 Large sectional couches. AT&T Fiber Internet. Updated kitchen with heated floors. A large yard with a small section fully fenced in. A covered patio, private parking and gas grill. The detached garage apartment in the back of the property is occasionally occupied. Work force renters + Senior/Digital nomads welcome!

Summary: The house was the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in. The beds we so comfortable- also a first for me at a VRBO. Chelsea went out of her way to accommodate us with our dog allergies. Plenty of clean towels and linens, extra blankets, dishes, glasses, etc. safe neighborhood and great communication. Thanks so much!

Summary: I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't found this property! This home was beautiful. The perfect amount of modern spliced with Southern charm!We stayed in Goldsboro to attend my husband's military retirement ceremony. We needed a big enough house to accommodate our family and to host a small gathering - this house was perfect for what we needed - it exceeded our expectations! The amenities were top notch - from the cookware, appliances, washer/dryer - plenty of outdoor games for guests to play (cornhole, big Jenga, etc). They had a ton of extra lawn chairs we were able to use as well. Things we didn't even really consider we would have liked to have until we got down there. It was great!The beds and couches were very comfortable - no one had issues sleeping. The house was very neat - if you love early 20th century houses - everyone enjoyed walking around and looking at the beautiful architecture. The modern updates don't overpower the original look, which we thought was very special. Chelsea was very welcoming with a handwritten note to greet us and a gift. We felt very at home. She had great communication and was even able to accommodate an early check in (which meant A LOT to us considering we had a very long travel time).Five Stars! We would recommend this place to anyone we know. We absolutely loved it - thank you for the perfect stay!

Summary: We stayed here during my daughter’s graduation week at ECU. Plenty of space for 10 adults! The house was adorable and Chelsea was an amazing host- very helpful and always quick to reply!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay on this property. The home is very historic. Our family that stayed in Kinston drove to view this place. The decorations are stylish and very tasteful.There was everything you could think of and more for accommodations and the host was very responsive to our needs. will recommend this to others.

Summary: Well appointed home with hosts anticipating every travel need. Would use again enthusiastically. House located in dense older neighborhood so expect a lot of activity in surrounding area. Always felt safe and at ease, no issues there. Loved staying there!

Summary: I simply cannot say enough about this property and host! Chelsea was absolutely amazing, went way above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and stress free! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. It was so nice to have this home as our home base for the long weekend. Everything we needed was right there; there’s not a thing I can think of that our gracious hosts didn’t provide. What a treasure!

Summary: Our oldest grandson’s wedding was in Goldsboro and I needed a large space to accommodate 6 adults and three children. This house had more than enough space! Large rooms, beautifully decorated, all the amenities and much better than the pictures showed. The host was responsive and my husband even had a chance to meet her! We highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to going back!
