Positive: A home away from home. This was perfect for a family - very spacious with three bedrooms and a large living room with all the amenities and balcony spaces with a good view. The top room is particularly impressive. The house is very close to the beach, about a 2-3 min walk. The hosts, Andreas and Katarina, were very hospitable and at hand to help should you need it. We stayed three weeks and felt it was a great base for relaxing and winding down away from the crowds, but also accessible to local towns like Nea Styra, Mamari and Karystos, being a reasonable driving distance away.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: We had a really nice stay in Niborio Cottage. We had a whole big house in a beautiful, picturesque bay. Katerina and Andreas are very kind and hospitable. They were very helpful and we had everything what we needed.They helped us in everything . The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped and all the house was clean. We also enjoyed the beach of the village a lot. The sea was extreamly calm and nice. As our hosts didn't expect guests right after our leaving so they let us to use the house at the last day as long as we wanted to. We are really grateful for this!!! Actually we got an extra day for free !!! Dear Katerina and Andreas! Thank you so much once more! And also thanks for the olive oil! It is amazing!

Negative: We missed a supermarket or at least a bakery from the village. But this is not the host's fault!

Positive: Very comfortable, was styled nicely.

Negative: Location was a nightmare to find ,host was very helpful though. Smelly air fresheners everywhere in the apartment for someone with bad chemical allergies was terrible. The cleaner needs a bump, I cleaned the poor indoor plants covered in greasy lint, the aircon filters and the bathroom fan vent ….ewwww while we were there. Watch the shower it pours water out on the floor ( big slip hazard) underground parking had over flowing rubbish in the bins right near the lift very gross. Management needs to invest in more bins for the building.

Summary: Stay was for appointments at the cancer clinic so appartment wasn’t that high on list of priorities.

Positive: Well presented and truly a home away from home. Strategically located; just besides the Jacob ladder and a pull up bar at the foot of the ladder - excellent free to use workout station follow by the cardio climb up the J Ladder. Apartment is well equipped. Do stay here if you are Perth City.
