Positive: The location is great. We were in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Also, there was plenty of parking.

Negative: The condo was not clean. The 2nd bedroom had a roach in it. The floors felt as if they had not been swept and the bathroom toilets had build up inside and around the toilet seat latches.

Positive: The location of the condo was outstanding. We were in Winston-Salem for three nights to attend a wedding and accompanying festivities. We enjoyed walking to nearby cafes and restaurants, shopping in the boutiques, and visiting some of the art galleries. The next time we visit we will be sure to take in one of the shows in one of the many theaters nearby. The kitchen in the condo is fully equipped with modern appliances. Having the ability to make a cup of coffee with the single serving Keurig (with a included coffee pods!) or to make a pot with the drip coffee maker is a plus. We loved having a lot of space. The large 'living room' with its large flat screen TV was great. Having the city park right next door is a plus.

Negative: The bed in the small second bedroom had a VERY firm mattress. My wife and I (married 35 years this fall) discovered long ago that we both sleep better in separate bedrooms (my snoring is an issue) so we always took for a two bedroom accommodation when we travel. Fortunately, the large sectional couch in the living room is very comfortable. The window treatments provide privacy when closed, but do not shut out the bright exterior lighting on the building. It is quite bright in both the primary bedroom and 'living room' at night.

My fiancé and I came down for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was a super affordable and convenient spot while we toured the Reynolda House and enjoyed downtown!!
