Positive: Great location for our needs. I liked that there was a sink in the room, along with a mini fridge and microwave.

Negative: The bed has 0 support, very cheap. No fan or ac. No screen on windows. Because the bathrooms are shared, they get dirty fast. Urine in and around the toilet. Dirt, snot, and more on the shower floor.

Summary: Good place if you are on a budget and plan to spend the day in the city and only need a place to sleep and shower.

Positive: Loved the location, and the room was spacious with good views. I could see Chinatown and the Coit Tower, and the bed was comfy.

Negative: The hall toilets didn't flush, and were very dirty by the end of the day.

Negative: Bed was ok, but nothing was bad considering the price

Positive: It was a good price and a very nice location.

Negative: Hygiene was very bad. I'm used to cheap hotels and my hygienic standards really aren't that high, but the bathrooms were very dirty: dirty and/or sticky floors, urine on the floors and toilet seats and unflushed toilets made it very unpleasant to go to the bathroom.

Summary: If hygiene would have been okay, I would have given a 7.
