Positive: The location was so good, the landscape was beautiful and the drives were so nice, we did 2 drives a day, we also did a bush walk. We had good time

Negative: The food was not good at all, the services were bad no variety of beverages, the drains of the shower didn’t work and the toilet was running all day, and I have to ask the staff many times to get the things sorted. We had dirty towels the first day and I had to wait for the second day till they changed it !!

Positive: Food was good, service was ok, game drives were good, we saw a lot of animals, rooms were comfortable, were helped out nicely with gasoline shortage in our car.

Negative: road side indications to the park, and better driving instructions when we called, as we got lost and only arrived via a long detour.

Summary: lovely reserve, well designed lodge, but service good be better considering the price paid.

Positive: The food and service (especially Mpho, the waiter) was good. The best part is the game drives - Solly is friendly, knowledgeable, and a good spotter of animals. We saw four of the big five (Lion, Buffalo, Rhino, and Elephant). All inclusive means, only meals, all beverages are at own cost. Overall - good value for money.

Negative: Finding this place is like an extreme sport - even after following the directions on the website. Avoid traveling to the place late, in the dark. If possible, use a large car, i.e. 4×4. Recommendation to Entabeni: Place the pdf directions that are on the Entabeni website on bookings.com.
