Positive: Stunning views and tasteful decoration, we stayed in the new annex. I loved the hotel’s pyjama’s :-) Did not try breakfast but had dinner 1 nights and it was superb (reservations only). 5 mins walk from the harbour, it is a beautiful sight to see the ferry, interisland ferry and jetfoil coming and going.

Positive: The hospitality was exceptional. The design of the hotel is quite exquisite. Location is stunning. The breakfast is of high quality and shouldn't be missed. The hotel is conveniently located next to the ferry terminal. The possibility of accessing the onsen by night and early morning is great especially for who's still adjusting to the jet leg

Negative: Given the beauty of the place, the bathroom in the room could have been designed with more care but the room was excellent and comfortable nonetheless.

Summary: Beautiful and relaxing stay. A magical place worth the trip.
