If you like the view of the sea, you will love this apartment. On the front line, third floor with elevator, less 20 meters from the beach and 10 meters above the sea, the view is impressive: 10 miles of sea and coasts under your feet, with beaches, coves and volcanic islands.
Located in the corner of the building, facing south and west, next to the beaches, the promenade and the center. It is one of those few apartments with direct access to the beach and the promenade, without having to cross streets, overpasses or highways. Not only will you be able to see the sea, but you will also be able to hear the murmur of the waves and feel the smell of the sea breeze. It is everything you need to relax and disconnect from the daily routine. If you prefer to be connected, you have Wi-Fi Internet.
The apartment, elegantly furnished, is kept in good condition, is equipped to live long periods, comfortable and very bright, sunny and warm in winter and cool in summer, with windows, balcony and covered terrace overlooking the sea.
On June 22, the living room furniture was renovated, installing a new sofa and armchair, as well as a new silent ceiling fan with electronic control. The bed and mattress in the master bedroom also have recently been changed.
Above the apartment a large private solarium of 50 m2 equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and a charcoal barbecue. Stunning 360 degree views.

You do not need to take the car, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, ambulatory. There is reserved parking on the street, next to the apartment. You can also rent a place in a private garage (consult). Pools open from June to September.

Summary: Antonio was a fabulous host, the location of the apartment was incredible with amazing views and 2 lovely beaches a stones throw away. The area has many more beautiful beaches to explore and lots of adventures for children. We would recommend a trip to Mojácar. A great time to holiday in this seemingly up and coming destination.

Summary: Ýou couldn't be any closer to the sea than this location. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing this is the spot. The beaches are right in your front yard providing great sunrises and sunsets and the consent sounds of the waves. Grocery stores are a short walk away and an array of restaurants are close as well. The only down fall is the lack of public transportation. If you don't have a car you are not going anywhere. We had such a relaxing time. It was wondeful.

Summary: The property is in a great location and even though the furnishings and fittings are somewhat dated it was clean and comfortable with most things necessary for a longer stay. (4 weeks). Having the sound of the sea with glorious views is essential for us and this property provides it all. Close to chiriguitos, beaches, restaurant bars and shops, and it is not a high rise holiday resort. Antonio met us on time, gave a tour of the property and explained the surrounding area. Great place to stay.
