The lovely property features original Finger Lakes cottage charm with almost 1400 square feet of space. Air conditioning on main floor and master bedroom (window unit); 3 bedrooms that sleep 5 comfortably; two full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs); newly remodeled chef's kitchen; dining room; spacious living room overlooking the lake. Summary: Gerard and Joan are excellent hosts who communicate promptly. The house is turn of the century and very clean. The dock outside is a great place to fish or just hang out in the sun. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the lake reading and relaxing! We hope to return to Casa San Leone!

Summary: The house is lovely! The pictures don’t do it justice. There is no air conditioning but a great breeze off the lake. We enjoyed spending time on the porch and at the end of the dock. We plan to return!

Summary: We stayed at Casa San Leone for our son’s graduation from SUNY Geneseo. Gerry and Joan greeted us to show us around when we arrived and checked with us throughout the weekend. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and the view from the porch is stunning! We all enjoyed our stay at this very special cottage!

Summary: We throughly enjoyed our time, especially the back porch! The view was beautiful. We intend to come back next year hopefully for a longer stay. We have used VRBO for years and were happier with the way they used to operate! I liked it better when VRBO allowed you to deal directly with the owner.
