Summary: Had a memorable time at this property which is right on the lake. The dock offers scenic solitude and the fishing is great too! Even saw a bald eagle flying over. The king size bed is super comfortable and the shower is fantastic. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

Summary: Phil: The Waterfront cottage on Conesus lake is spectacular ... all brand new, perfectly decorated, (even had photos of life on Conesus lake from the early 1900s through the 1960's). The cottage was clean, well stocked and right on the lake.. a beautiful view. I will be returning next year!! Thank you so much Phil!!!

Summary: Book this place…trust me! My girlfriend and I stayed at this lake front house for a long weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The inside of the house is quaint and comfortable with everything you could need. The outside has a great deck setup, as well as both a table and fireplace closer to the water. The property was very quiet, the only noise we heard was from the water, boats driving by, or the fireplace crackling at night. We ran into the neighbors a couple of times and
