Summary: We had a great time staying at Rook. The cottage had everything we needed and was plenty big enough for our family of four. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and a good size for both learners and capable swimmers. We also made good use of the outdoor play equipment. Summary: The Cottage was lovely a lot larger than we expected. All very clean and modern. Lots of equipment provided in the kitchen and even toys/games/books for the children. It was lovely having the fire as well made it very cosy! We will definitely be back to stay in this cottage again in the future.

Summary: Excellent, smart and spacious, cottage for our one week holiday exploring Devon. Quiet and rural location was great setting for our family of four, two adults and two kids (age 8 and 12). Would be delighted to stay again in future.

Summary: Lovely well equipped and modern cottage. Facilities for toddlers are excellent, particularly the play room and the cottage was also well stocked with toys. The complimentary welcome basket on arrival was a nice touch, only ask would be for the swimming pool to open at 8am rather than 9am.

Summary: Lovely, spacious cottage with a high quality finish and very well equipped. It was very quiet and peaceful but well-located for day trips both inland to Dartmoor and to the coast. The swimming pool was a massive bit with the whole family.

Summary: The photos did not do it justice. It was beautiful and great attention to detail. A few cob webs and ants but that was the only reason we scored 8. We will defiantly come back loved our stay.

Summary: We had a great week at Rook cottage, very comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool was an added bonus and had it all to ourselves when we used it. Although we didn't have any children with us, it would be brilliant for a family, the safe play area and the leisure room are ideal, and there was a highchair and travel cot in the cottage. It was nice to have everything on the same level. It was very quiet and had ample of parking. The only downside is you can't walk into the town and the roads are very narrow.
