Summary: Rose was a great host, communicating clearly before our arrival and throughout. The lodge is bigger than it looks in the listing, comfortable and very well equipped (tea, coffee facilities, toiletries, games and books). I was slightly concerned about the proximity to the road initially, but it is very well screened by the trees and sound proofing is excellent. If the weather was a bit better, the outdoor area looked nice. All in all, a really great experience and one we wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Summary: Rosie was lovely to deal with, the property was perfect for us and it is perfectly equipped for dogs. A lot of thought has gone in to the property. We had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it to families with or without dog, thank you Rosie

Summary: From initial communication with the owner to arrival and the rest of our stay it couldn't have gone any better. Modern, clean, bright accomodation with so many finishing touches to make your stay perfect. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally dog friendly, enclosed garden right next to your own parking area, a separate utility area for dirty dogs /shoes etc and a wide open space to walk in if needed. We felt so relaxed there. Easy access to road network also helped our stay . Would highly recommend.

Summary: The property is beautiful and immaculately presented. The owners give so much information before and during the stay, with a gorgeous welcome basket and lots of local knowledge. The property was incredibly clean and spacious, and is very energy efficient which was important to us. We have no bad word to say! A bit of a heads up is dont rely on your satnav to give clear directions when nearing the property and instead use the owner's excellent instructions! You wont regret a stay here!

Summary: Set in beautiful grounds with a lovely private garden. It is ideally situated for travelling all over Devon. We really enjoyed our stay. Rose was very helpful and did everything she could to make our stay perfect. The lodge is gorgeous. Can’t wait to go again!
