Positive: We were over from the UK for our son's wedding at Lovedale Chapel which was a 2 minute drive away. Cessnock is 15 minutes away, which has all the shops you need. The location was stunning, and waking up every morning to dozens of Kangaroos at the bottom of the garden was magical. The property was very spacious and comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, as was the whole house. Everything was provided toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cloths, and bin bags, although we had brought our own. Even fresh milk in the fridge. Mike, the owner, was at the end of a text message if we had any questions and to make sure we were happy with everything. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Absolutely amazing house to stay at in Lovedale. The property had everything you needed to be comfortable. Hosts were fantastic and the little touches definitely made you feel very welcome. The pool was amazing and had lots of use, we found lots of amazing places to visit with the help of the hosts with restaurant ideas. We are already planning our next trip. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation.

Positive: Our group had a great time at Englewood Ridge. Mike was easy to deal with and made us feel right at home over the 5 day stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, ample living and dining space and a very capable Weber BBQ. The pool is awesome - set against some open acreage and treated with pool salt which we preferred. We particular enjoyed walking over to Wandin estate and found their wine and hospitality some of the best in the Hunter. We had an issue with the fridge however Mike worked with us to find a solution and they have since replaced the fridge. We look forward to returning to Englewood Ridge in the future.

Negative: As it's not ducted air con - the bedrooms can get a bit stuffy on hot still days.
