Relax & enjoy magnificent mountain views & amazing sunsets from this character 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom country style home, set in its own dedicated 5 acres adjacent to vines, right in the heart of the Hunter Valley, close to wineries & restaurants.
3 bedrooms with queen beds, the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. Multiple living areas (spacious open plan dining and lounge room opens to sunroom and there is an separate smaller lounge with timber & glass doors) making it suitable for families or small groups. French doors open from the living area to a deep full length veranda, which is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine & watch the sunset over the mountains.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking (dishwasher/microwave and full oven and big fridge) & granite benches, sits between the dining area and living areas, perfect for entertaining.
Callie Rose Lovedale is private and set on its own acreage with views & plenty of garden space to run around, play cricket or footy or enjoy some golfing or an outdoor lunch. Summary: Excellent location with a fabulous and well communicative host. Constant communication was provided that included clear instructions. Additionally the place had well supplied amenities. Some lovely breakfast items, tea/ coffee and a vast array of pots and pans / serving boards. These extra little touches made our stay very comfortable. Gorgeous out look and isolated feel - while being relatively close to other wineries and spots in the hunter. Perfect for a friends get away for a wedding! Thank you
