Positive: The house was absolutely amazing and easy to get to. Shopping centers were very easy accessible. There was an abundance of sand toys for the kids, kayaks/paddle board available for use, tubes for floating, life jackets, fishing poles, chairs, and so much more! Our private beach area and water was perfect. The patio kitchen is to die for!!! Not to mention all the cooking accessories (pots, pans, and utensils) they allow you to use. The next door neighbor is so friendly and beyond helpful!! He even beat us to pulling our trash to the road the day before trash day lol. The property manager, Gina, was also very helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our expectations!!! Our family would 100% recommend this beautiful home.

Positive: I loved the entire stay! The house is absolutely beautiful. The owners thought of everything you would need did your stay. The back yard setting was so very intimate for family time. We enjoyed the fishing and the grandkids had a ball. We made memories and rate this place one of our family favorites.

Negative: We had to buy fishing poles, other than that, even Publix delivered our groceries so no issues what so ever.

Positive: This house was easy to find, near grocery and retail for vacation supplies. The house had plenty of water toys available in great condition. There was plenty of room inside and out for folks to hang out together or get some quiet time. The view was awesome, the private beach area was pristine and perfect for our group. We would definitely rent this property again and suggest it to others.

Negative: Getting in initially was a small nightmare. If it had not been for friendly neighbor John being available and willing to help, knowing the correct entry door and finding the key would have been a futile effort. We did not get the door code via email as expected and there was no mention of a key at all. Vacasa customer support was friendly and helpful in getting the door code but knew nothing about a key or where it might be located. The oven is a double convection oven that didn't have instructions on how to use it properly. We made due but the top one took a really long time to pre-heat so we rarely used it. The sprinkler schedule caused the tree swing to get soaked each morning making it unusable until later in the day. It was a great spot to enjoy the scenery but couldn't be used during the calm pleasant mornings.
